Hey Everyone...

Hey everyone, welcome to the new Pro Athlete Fitness blog. This is part of Pro Athlete Fitness and if you dont already know who we are. Heres a quick update. Pro Athlete Fitness was formed in 2009 by myself Ollie O'Neill, as a competitive motocross racer I found myself looking for trainers around the South Australia region knowing about "sports specific training" but wasn't really getting anywhere due to the lack of trainers around here. With my knowledge in fitness and training I formed Pro Athlete Fitness. We specialize in sports specific training, training athletes in the gym, outdoors, at the track etc. Anyways this blog will be updated weekly with tips about fitness, strength, advice on topics how you should train and anything really to do with training.
